- What does a contact need to receive a message?
- An account on the same app. With a Telegram bot, the person must first have started a chat with the bot or added it to their group; having their phone number is not enough.
- Is there a limit on message length or volume?
- A message is not split into parts like an SMS, but each app has its own rules on text length, file size and sending rate; sending is not unlimited.
- Do messaging apps replace SMS?
- Not always. An SMS arrives without internet access or an app and suits login codes and critical messages better; messaging apps suit long texts and rich media. Both work from the same account and wallet.
- How is it charged?
- Activating each line has its own cost, shown before you confirm; usage is paid from your DiceX wallet.
